Add the protection function of charge module. When batteries are broken or open circuit, inverter power the loads directly via controller, the charge module won't be damaged.
Battery protection is added. When there is fault on charge module, disconnect the battery, to prevent the over-charge of battery (high voltage is optional).
Perfect protection function: Solar reverse charge protection, Solar reverse connection protection, Battery reverse connection protection, Battery overcharge protection, Battery over current protection etc, thus the system has higher reliability.

Operating Principle

Solar power is the generation effect of a solar panel pack that converts solar energy into direct current energy and stores it in a battery. Solar power supply system consists of solar panel, solar charge controller, battery, inverter, AC load, etc. A solar panels converts solar energy into electricity in the presence of light while charging the battery; in the absence of light, the battery supplies power to the load.

The solar charging controller adopts the step-by-step current-limiting charging method and automatically controls the turn-on or cut-off of the multi-channel solar panels according to the change trend of voltage at the battery bank end, which can make full use of precious solar energy resources and guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the battery bank.
